Description: My client slipped and fell on unsafe and dangerous pavement, causing catastrophic injuries that rendered him a quadriplegic. Description: A living room ceiling collapsed and fell on my client’s head. My client was 71 years old at the time. She suffered a severe cord compression fracture, neck and head bruising. My client received microscopical bilateral laminectomies from a neurosurgeon.

Description: As my client was driving, a cat ran out in front of her. She applied her brakes to stop. The at-fault party rear ended my client, stating that she did not see my client stopping in the road. My client herniated her cervical disc at C5-6 and received a surgical disc replacement of the disc arthroplasty.

Description: My client was stopped for traffic and was rear-ended by the at-fault party, causing my client to hit the vehicle in front of him. He suffered injury to his lower back, necessitating a complex microscopic decompressive lumbosacral spine surgery.

Description: My client was a pedestrian when he was struck by the driver of a delivery truck. My client died from complications from the blunt force abdominal trauma.

I also obtained workers’ compensation benefits for this client, and all of his medical bills were paid by the workers’ compensation carrier. He received lost wages and subsequently settled his workers’ compensation claim with the employer/carrier waiving any lien it had on the third-party homeowner’s insurance policy.

Description: My client went to his boss’s house to collect car scraps for work when he was attacked by three boxers owned by his boss. The dogs bit his left forearm, right forearm, left leg and right leg. My client suffered puncture wounds and received numerous stitches in the areas where he had been bitten. He was also permanently scarred.

Description: My client was slowing to make a left turn. The at-fault driver did not see my client slowing down until the last minute and attempted to steer his vehicle to avoid my client’s truck. My client’s truck then rolled over onto its roof and came to a stop in the center grass median. My client’s left index finger was severed.

Description: My client was a passenger in a Humvee when an IED exploded in front of the vehicle. The explosion caused my client to suffer from headaches, dizziness, panic attacks, depression, anxiety and posttraumatic stress disorder.
